The ProcServe Commerce Hub is compatible with all common eProcurement applications, thereby removing the need to integrate directly to your customers' systems, saving precious IT resources and money.
The ProcServe Commerce Hub provides an electronic transaction ‘gateway' to process orders from a buyer's eProcurement application, convert into the format you require and post to a secure interface for loading into your sales and logistics systems. All you have to do is connect your system once to the ProcServe Commerce Hub and then let the Hub manage all of your connections to your customer systems, saving time, money and improving customer satisfaction.
The ProcServe Commerce Hub also acts as a host for catalogue data, thereby providing end users with an intuitive ‘shopping environment' to browse your products and services. This provides the best of both worlds: an online catalogue for the customer to use with their eProcurement application, but controlled and updated by you directly. This ensures that the catalogue data will always be accurate and up-to-date, thus eliminating downstream order processing errors.
We expect to see a greater take up of Zanzibar across the Public Sector and BSI is now well placed to provide superior payment processes to this market place following our industry first. The development is available to other public sector organisations through the CPS contract which was recently opened up as a framework agreement.
