OPEN (Online Procurement for Educational Needs) is the national programme that delivers better procurement in schools. OPEN is managed by the Educational Procurement Centre (EPC) of the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF). ProcServe provides the OPEN portal, procurement solutions and eMarketplace as a managed service that makes it easier for schools to buy from their suppliers. More about OPEN

The xchangewales programme will provide an all-Wales system, delivered by ProcServe, that will allow every Welsh public sector organisation to find suppliers and order and pay for goods at a click of a button. The benefits will be lower prices, increased use of corporate contracts and paperless ordering with reduced administration.
