Zanzibar, delivered by ProcServe, was chosen by Communities and Local Government to support their drive towards improving their procurement processes, including reducing paper, reducing manual errors, ensuring consistent pricing from suppliers, and streamlining the enablement of new suppliers.
Electronic procurement has involved a learning curve for Public sector at Comet and our clients. When we were awarded our contract under the framework, the challenge was to ensure a seamless ordering process for all our public sector clients. With the encouragement of those organisations, we are moving rapidly towards achieving that objective.
