ProcServe Names Amabel Grant as its New Head of Service Operations
13th October 2008, LONDON, UK - ProcServe, a leading provider of procurement and electronic trading solutions, today announced the appointment of Amabel Grant to its management team.
Grant is the former Vice President of International Business, Exostar LLC and will be joining ProcServe to help advance the company's growth plans with a particular focus on customer service and operations. Grant is widely recognized for her contribution to developing common procurement interoperability standards for the UK public sector and was instrumental in the push for an eProcurement and Purchase-to-Pay Government marketplace, now known as the Zanzibar Managed Service .
In her new role, Amabel will have day-to-day responsibility for Customer Service and System Operations. "Amabel's appointment to Head of Service Operations further strengthens our capability and capacity in our customer services," said ProcServe's CEO, Veera Johnson. "Amabel and I will work closely with the management team in formulating and executing the vision and customer strategy for ProcServe.
