At our last event in November, we heard from David Shields, Director of Markets & Collaborative Procurement at the Office of Government Commerce and Paul Massey from Crown Prosecution Service on how their organisations are rising to the challenges of greater collaboration in public sector procurement.
The context of this next event will be the HM Treasury report published in December 2009 entitled 'Putting the Frontline First: Smarter Government' where we will look be looking at plans and progress on delivering back office efficiency through the deployment of shared services.
