Describe your ‘typical day' at ProcServe
I try not to have a typical day! And this is exactly why I love ProcServe - it's a business that demands the best of you. This is particularly the case as a leader in the business, where one is responsible for large teams or large assignments - you have to be able to deal with change and in particular changing customer needs.
How would you describe your approach to your work?
A consistent feature of my work is the passion which I bring to the job - I aim to enthuse and energise the people I work with because I believe in the benefits our work can deliver. Although the projects that I have worked on involve technology, my approach is to deliver sustainable business benefits by ensuring there us a balance of business, processes, people and technology.
What do you like about working at ProcServe?
The challenge and excitement of working with very talented individuals at all ranks. There is a real ‘can do' attitude and a culture that enables individuals to succeed and provides them with a range of support mechanisms, from training to on-the-job support.
What are your interests outside work?
I have an active social life outside ProcServe. I love to travel and read. My passion is art. I paint in my studio at home and am regularly found snooping around one of London's modern art galleries. Other interests include film and learning to dance.
